Has your hygiene passport been lost? Has your name or date of birth changed? On this page, you can make a re-order for your hygiene passport. Please contact Hygienepassport.fi customer service before placing a re-order.
You can make a re-order if:
a) you still have one part the previously issued hygiene passport (card or certificate)
b) you have taken the hygiene passport test within 5 years and it was organized by Hygienepassport.fi.
You cannot make a re-order if you have lost both parts of your hygiene passport (card and certificate) and you have taken the test over five years ago.
