Hygienepassport.fi / Osaamistehdas Oy
The test price includes:
- One test occasion
- A certificate for those who passed the test
- The hygiene passport mailed to a given address in Finland
The registration to a test is binding.
The customer is obligated to
- show up in time to the test occasion and follow the instructions given before hand by Hygienepassport.fi
- make sure his/her contact information is valid for at least one month after the test occasion (name, email, phone number etc). bring a valid identification document upon arrival to the test (e.g. passport, official identity card or Finnish driving license). Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test occasion if a valid document is missing. A list of acceptable documents can be found at http://www.hygienepassport.fi/en/faq
Hygienepassport.fi terms and conditions in case of cancellation:
Normal hygiene proficiency test (Finnish/Swedish/English) A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Hygienepassport.fi no later than 12 hours prior to the beginning of the test. Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
A special circumstances test, that has separately been agreed with the examiner (e.g. vocabulary test) A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Hygienepassport.fi no later than 12 hours prior to the beginning of the test. Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
Exception to the previous Special circumstance tests (translated tests, e.g. Spanish, Thai, Chinese etc). The registration to the test is binding. A written notice of cancellation (e.g. e-mail) must be received by Hygienepassport.fi before the test has been confirmed in writing (email) by Hygienepassport.fi. Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to charge the test due to a late cancellation or for not cancelling at all.
Private tests ordered to companies or to other groups: The number of persons attending the test must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to the test occasion. Agreed travel expenses and agreed number of persons will be charged in case of cancellation. Also, an additional invoicing fee of 10 Euros (incl. VAT) per invoice will be charged.
- Refund of online payment, when the customer does not want to reschedule a new test occasion When cancelling according to the terms and conditions Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to bill a 2,50 Euro office and handling fee per each cancellation.
Ordering and delivery of the Hygienepassport.fi online store products
Books and hygiene proficiency certificates are normally mailed in the 2. class mail unless the customer explicitly states that he/she will pick the delivery from Hygienepassport.fi office. Hygienepassport.fi commits to handle the shipment carefully and to provide the material ordered to the post office without delay. Hygienepassport.fi is not responsible for any shipment lost in the mail.
The customer shall fill his/her address details in the test occasion to an envelope in order to receive the actual hygiene passport. The customer is responsible for writing a valid postal address with a clear handwriting. The customer guarantees that his/her contact information is valid for at least one month after the test occasion.
The test price includes one mailing. The customer must pick up the shipment from Hygienepassport.fi office without further delay in case the given postal address is false or not valid and the shipment returns to Hygienepassport.fi. A suitable pick-up time must be checked in advance with Hygienepassport.fi customer service.
Any comments regarding received shipments must be made without delay, but no later than 5 days after receiving the order. Possible returns must be agreed separately in writing with the customer service.
Storage of ordered shipments
Orders to be picked up from Hygienepassport.fi office must be picked up immediately. Hygienepassport.fi does not store orders for more than one month and is not responsible for any further storing of material.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
These terms and conditions are valid until further notice. Hygienepassport.fi reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
