NOTE! Due to the renewal of the Finnish Food Authority's information system, we are unable to process reorders during May 2024 except in urgent cases! Please contact customer service if you are considering placing a renewal order.

Has your hygiene passport been lost? Has your name or date of birth changed? On this page, you can make a re-order for your hygiene passport. Please contact Hygienepassport.fi customer service before placing a re-order.

You can make a re-order if: a) you still have one part the previously issued hygiene passport (card or certificate) b) you have taken the hygiene passport test within 5 years and it was organized by Hygienepassport.fi.

You cannot make a re-order if you have lost both parts of your hygiene passport (card and certificate) and you have taken the test over five years ago.

NOTE: Always contact Hygienepassport.fi customer service before placing a re-order.
