Looking for a Translated Test? New Feature Launched on Hygienepassport.fi!
Have you been searching for a hygiene passport test in a specific language but couldn't find it in our current selection? We have great news for you! Hygienepassport.fi now features a new wishlist functionality that allows you to influence which translated tests we organize next.
We at Osaamistehdas arrange hygiene passport tests based on demand. We understand that working life has become more international, and the need for tests in various languages is constantly growing. That's why we want to make it even easier and more transparent to request a test.
How Does the New Wishlist Work?
Now, when you can't find your desired test language or location, you don't have to wait passively.
- Fill out the Form: The site now has its own form titled "Request a translated test". You can access it, for example, if no tests are found with your search criteria, or directly from the site's dropdown menus.
- Submit Your Request: Fill in your name, email address, and the requested test language and city on the form. If you cannot find the language or city in the list, you can write it in the open text field.
- Join the Waiting List: When you submit your request, it is saved in our system, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Be the First to Know: If we open a test in your requested language within the next year, you will be notified immediately via email!
This new feature helps us monitor the demand for different test languages even more closely. The more requests we receive for a specific language, the more likely we are to organize a test!
Please remember: Organizing a translated hygiene passport test always requires a minimum of six participants. If you are able to gather a group of this size, please contact us by email at info@hygienepassport.fi. This gives the best chance of arranging the test!
Where Can You Find the New Feature?
The new form and waiting list appear in several places on the site:
- When Search Results are Missing: When you can't find tests with your search criteria, you will see a prompt: “Can’t find a test in your language? We organize tests based on demand. Send us your request!”
- In the Language/City Selection: Next to the menu, you will see a link: “Can’t find a test in your language? Send us a request!”
With this change, we hope to serve our customers even better and offer hygiene passport tests in more languages and locations.
