Гігієнічний паспорт – це сертифікат, який підтверджує ваші знання та навички безпечного поводження з харчовими продуктами. У Фінляндії гігієнічний паспорт потрібен усім, хто працює з неупакованими або швидкопсувними продуктами. Отримати гігієнічний паспорт можна, склавши офіційний тест під наглядом екзаменатора.

Translated Hygiene Passport Test: how it works

The Ukrainian-language hygiene passport test is conducted as a so-called translated hygiene passport test. This means that the test statements are translated from the official Finnish Food Authority (Ruokavirasto) hygiene passport test by an independent translator. This ensures that all questions meet the same official standards but are clearly understandable in your own language.

During the test, the participant receives:

  • a Finnish-, Swedish-, or English-language answer sheet for marking answers, and
  • a Ukrainian translation of all test statements, which helps the participant fully understand each question.

The participant fills in the answers on the answer sheet but can read the statements from the Ukrainian translation alongside it. This makes the test both fair and accessible for everyone who does not yet speak Finnish or Swedish fluently.

The Ukrainian-language hygiene passport test is an excellent way to obtain the official hygiene passport and at the same time improve your employment opportunities in Finland, especially in the restaurant and food industry sectors.
