Did you know there is no specific age limit for completing a Hygiene Passport? A Hygiene Passport that has been successfully completed remains valid indefinitely, it does not expire. Getting a Hygiene Passport at a young age opens doors to working life and stays useful throughout your career, starting from your very first summer job.
The school campaign offered by Hygienepassport.fi has become very popular in lower and upper secondary schools across Finland. Organizing it is straightforward, cost-effective, and gives students a valuable springboard to summer jobs and first-time employment.
Haukilahti School has been offering its students the opportunity to take the Hygiene Passport test since 2018. Each year, 40–80 students seize the opportunity and complete the Hygiene Passport easily during the school day. We asked Haukilahden School how the collaboration with Hygienepassport.fi has gone.
Young people are especially motivated by summer jobs
Henna Leskinen, a teacher at Haukilahti Upper Secondary School, says that students have responded very positively to the opportunity to complete the Hygiene Passport through the school.
“There is really tough competition for summer jobs. That motivates many to complete the Hygiene Passport. Parents have also been enthusiastic about paying for the Hygiene Passport, because it often makes it easier to get a summer job and the cost quickly pays for itself. In addition, our student union café requires that at least one of the sellers has a Hygiene Passport.”

Hygieniapassi.fi makes organizing the test effortless
The school campaign price is 40 € (incl. VAT 25.5%) per person for a group of at least 15 people (regular price 56 €). The price also includes 14 days of access to the Trainify mobile app, where you can practice the different sections of the test anytime, anywhere (value 9.90 €).

Contact us and agree on a test date with our customer service. Reserve a spacious room, such as a classroom or gym. We’ll take care of the rest! - Registration
The school receives its own link through which students can register and pay for the test easily. After registering, everyone receives 14 days of practice access in the Trainify app. - Test day at school
The tester arrives at the school at the agreed time to administer the Hygiene Passport test. Larger groups can be divided into multiple test sessions on the same day. - Hygiene Passports delivered
Results are announced directly to participants after the test. Physical Hygiene Passports are delivered in approximately 3–4 weeks, either to the school in a single shipment or directly to participants.
