How to register a participant for an open test with invoicing

How does company registration work?

Registering employees or students for a hygiene passport test and paying by company invoice is easy. For open hygiene passport tests, you can choose whether to register as a private individual and pay online, or to register participants with company invoicing. Through company registration, you can also sign up several participants for the same test at once! You can place a company order when you are logged out of your personal account. Orders are invoiced as consolidated invoices. This means that if we receive multiple orders with the same invoicing and reference details, we will combine them into a single invoice.

How to register a participant for an open hygiene passport test with invoicing

1. First, make sure you are logged out of your account.
2. Then, browse our selection to find a suitable test by city or language.
3. To make a company order, go to the specific test page and click the "B2B customer" button.
4. On the company order page, fill in the participant’s name, email address, and select the test language. If you wish, you can add more participants to the same test or include additional materials, such as the Trainify learning app subscription, which contains a comprehensive food hygiene course.
5. Next, enter the payment details and any additional information you want to appear on the invoice.
6. Check the order summary and accept the terms and conditions.
7. By clicking "Register", the participant will automatically receive information about the upcoming test, and you will receive confirmation of your order.
