Cash no longer accepted – Payments only online or by card

We have decided to completely discontinue cash payments as of July 1, 2025. In recent years, cash has been rarely used and only in exceptional cases, for example, when a customer has come to our office to pay for a hygiene passport test in person. Now we will also discontinue accepting cash in these occasional situations.

Going forward, payments can be made easily and securely in the following ways:

• Online payment at the time of registration through our website
• Card payment (debit and credit cards) at our office
• E-invoice or email invoice for companies (invoicing fee 10 € per invoice, including 25.5 % VAT)

The decision is driven by our aim to streamline the payment process, improve security, and adapt to the general shift in payment preferences. The majority of our customers already prefer digital payment methods.
