You can register employees to any hygiene passport test yourself with invoicing. See more info here.
By using the form below, you can register participants for multiple different open tests we organize via company invoicing. The price is the same as the standard online payment price (incl. 25.5% VAT). Our invoicing fee is 10€ per invoice. The same invoice can also include registrations for Alcoholpassport.fi.
Please provide the company’s contact person’s name and details in the form. Then, in the message field, include the following information:
• Participant’s name and email address
• The test the participant is attending (location, date, and language)
• Company e-invoicing details
